Dr. Parag Sanghani
Provost & Executive Dean
Dr. Parag Sanghani is presently the Executive Dean with P.P Savani University. He is an Endeavour Fellow from QUT, Australia and has global exposure of education system in Europe, Australia and UK and has worked with leading Universities in UAE as Head of Academics.
As an academician he has been imparting his vast experience in the subjects of Innovation and Creativity, Information Systems and Operation Management at various Institutes and Universities around the globe. He has trained several executives in different part of the world.
He has several publications and scientific articles in the journals of repute. Previously, Dr. Sanghani has handled 250 Million USD PPP mode projects in education and infrastructure in India. Dr. Sanghani has worked with NAAC, India, QS, Singapore to enhance quality of Higher education.
Prof. Santosh Kumar
Prof. Santosh Kumar has been an academic in the area of Politics, Public Policy, Governance and Administration. Having pursued his academics at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), University of Glasgow (on a short term Fellowship from Commonwealth) and Delhi University, his professional career commenced with Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and subsequently, he has been associated with various Universities of national and international repute, in different capacities of academics and administration. Each of these positions involved a combination of research, teaching and policy interventions. Besides concerning himself as student of public policy, development, etc., he has been engaged with a quest to understand and assimilate pedagogical tools of inter and cross disciplinary perspectives in liberal framework of generating and imparting knowledge. The multiple perspectives from liberal pedagogical frameworks have contributed immensely to understanding of the policy sciences in a non-conventional mode.
He has held Senior Faculty in few of the pioneering institutions pursuing Liberal Studies pedagogy, it has been a constant quest to bring the inter-connectedness and inter-dependency in the knowledge and shape the papers of the Public Policy and Public Administration.
As a specialist in the field of Public Policy, he has been engaged with Social Accountability Mechanisms in the Service Delivery Context, Community-based monitoring and evaluations, Decentralization and Good Governance Policies, etc. he has been involved with the public administration structures and have worked on many projects in Poverty Reduction programmes, particularly in South Asia (Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and in India - Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh), with the World Bank, UNDP, ADB and others.
Ha has also developed inter and trans disciplinary curricula and syllabi in the various Major of Liberal Arts and on Human Development and Social Accountability for various academic institutions of South Asian countries, including BRAC University, Dhaka, ASCI, Hyderabad, TISS, etc. His work on Alternative Paradigms of Development in the Semi-Arid and Arid Regions of India (special emphasis on the Deccan Plateau) led to development of a one-year programme on Sustainable Development for the Semi-Arid and Arid region of Ladakh.
While for the state of Gujarat, he has been in the policy formulation and implementation in the field of Human Development, Health Insurance, Planning for Even Development across Districts, Solar and Alternative Energy Policy, etc. At each stage while interspersed with research and administrative responsibilities he has taught varied subjects, relating to Social and Human Development, Rural Livelihoods, Citizen-Centric Administrative perspectives, Public Policy etc. with the backdrop of Social Accountability in the Service Delivery Context. In the editorial board of two journals, Prof. Kumar has been associated with several international and national academic and policy planning bodies. He has participated in various national and international deliberations, presented papers and chaired sessions in Seminar and Conferences. He has authored two books, has publications in national and international journals, and has been associated with the Open Source Learning programme of UGC.
Dr Ankita Khanna
Associate Professor and Chairperson, Centre for Humanities
Dr Ankita Khanna is an Associate Professor of English and the Chairperson, Centre for Humanities at P P Savani University, Surat. She is also the Programme Coordinator for foundation courses for BA (Hons.) with the School of Liberal Arts and Management Studies. She has teaching experience of over 15 years with prestigious institutes including the National Institute of Technology, Surat. She is a postgraduate in English from CSJM University, Kanpur and also the recipient of the gold medal at the undergraduate level. Her incessant learning has endowed her with a doctorate in English. She has explored psychogenic traits in the works of a renowned poet as her doctoral project. She has also acquired the CELTA certification from The British Council.
Her extraordinary flair for the subject is duly complemented with linguistic competence. She has also authored/edited more than 20 research papers, 2 books and 4 book chapters that have been spaced into various literary outputs. Her erudition gets pronounced in her teaching modules of Communication Skills, Linguistic Proficiency, and Critical Writing. She has also made her presence in many national and international conferences and seminars. She is also the co-editor & reviewer in three international peer-reviewed journals.
She has facilitated many students to acquire proficiency in the second language. She has worked rigorously with many institutions as the founder member and has contributed heavily to establishing the Liberal Arts schools.
Her research interests include Indian Writing in English, English as Second Language Studies, Language and Society, and English Language Teaching. Besides, being an avid blogger, she generously contributes her poems in various journals and magazines. Apart from writing, she has a keen interest in reading and critically analyzing poetry.
Dr Khanna finds her life as a teacher; challenging, varied, and highly rewarding. She strongly believes that a teacher plays a pivotal role in not only shaping young minds but also uplifting society.
Dr. Tejal Patel

Coordinator and Assistant Professor School of Management, PPSU
Dr. Tejal Patel is a Coordinator and Assistant Professor in the School of Management of P.P Savani University. She has completed her Ph.D. on topic entitled “To study Employee Engagement and identify its predictors in Pharmaceutical Industry in South Gujarat Region”. She is having 13 years of academic experience in teaching Post Graduate students of Management and has been functioning as a liaison with various industries for the last several years. She has conducted Management Development Program in different companies and Schools. Her case study is accepted in Case Centre which is USA based one of the largest and most diverse repositories to advancing the case methods worldwide. She has successfully completed one year Diploma in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from EDI, Ahmadabad. Dr Patel has presented scientific papers in several international and national conferences and has more than 15 publications including journals of repute and book chapters. Her area of interest is Organization Behaviour, Employee Engagement, Generational Differences and HR Analytics.
Mr. Himanshu Khobragade

Mr. Himanshu is a Soft Skills Trainer in P P Savani University. He is a prestigious alumnus of Birmingham City University, Birmingham, United Kingdom.
Mr. Himanshu has completed his graduation in Bachelor of Commerce with Computer Applications from Nagpur University. With a zest for Marketing, he moved to Mumbai after his graduation, where he gained a valuable experience of working in the Marketing Industry and accumulated his knowledge of Customer Service skills & Soft Skills.
He completed his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Birmingham City University (BCU) where he was a distinguished student and successfully accomplished in his academic & professional front. He went on to take active part in Student Development, focusing on International Students from all across the globe. He has extensively worked with students from all the continents in the world. Owing to his contribution he was invited to the National Union of Students & honored with their membership. During his tenure as an International Officer, he took up various issues concerning the International Students so as to make their transition in the United Kingdom a smooth one. For his contributions & efforts, he has been bestowed with Lifetime Membership of the Birmingham City Students' Union. He has also been awarded as the Best Buddy & Outstanding Volunteer by the Pro-Vice Chancellor, Board of Governors, & the governing body of Birmingham City University. Mr. Ramraj Malav M. Com, UGC-NET,CA-INTER is an Assistant Professor in school of Management of P.P. Savani University. He completed his Graduation in Bachelor of Commerce and Post graduation in Master of commerce in Accounts & Taxation from university of Kota, Kota. He has Passed UGC-NET Exam in Commerce conducted by CBSE on behalf of university Grant Commission. He is also pursuing Chartered Accountant CA- FINAL Level and completed 3 year Article ship Training at CA Firm as per ICAI Norms.

Dr. Kshitij G. Trivedi
Dr. Kshitij G. Trivedi PhD (Management), MBA (Marketing), B.E (Computer Engineering) is an Assistant Professor in the School of Management of P. P. Savani University. He has obtained his PhD (Management) from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology SVNIT, Surat on thesis entitled “Consumer Behavior Towards Purchase Of Fruits & Vegetables With Special Reference To Organized And Unorganized Retail Formats In Select Cities Of Gujarat: A Comparative Study”. He has over 5 years of Academic as well as Industrial Experience with various industries.
Dr. Trivedi was an Academic Associate in the Production and Quantitative Methods (P&QM) area at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Dr. Trivedi has served as a session chair and a participant at The 2nd International Annual Meeting of Sosyoekonomi Society in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Dr. Trivedi has several international and national research papers publications indexed in Scopus and SCImago. His areas of interest are Retailing, Retail formats, Business Analytics and Intelligence, Data Mining, Perishable food purchases, Supply Chain and Logistics, Data Integration.
Dr. Ashwin Santoki
Dr. Ashwin A. Santoki – (PhD, UGC-NET Qualified, MBA and BBA) is an Assistant Professor in school of Management of P.P. Savani University. He has obtained his PhD (Management) from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Anand on thesis entitled “Impulsive Buying: A study of Teleshopping and Online Shopping Behaviour in Selected Product Categories”. He is an Experienced Assistant Professor of Marketing with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. He has over total 9 years of Academic + Industrial experience.

Ms. Sayyeda Jatniwala
Ms. Sayyeda Jatniwala is an Assistant Professor in School Of Management at P. P. Savani University. She has completed her Bachelors in Business Administration from B.R.C.M. College of Business Administration and Masters in Business Administration from S. R. Luthra Institute Of Management. Prior to this job, Sayyeda was an English facilitator at an International School where she got a great IB exposure. She has an experience with MNCs. She has gained corporate experience with one of the best leading brands - Airtel as a Store Manager. She was an Intern at Nielsen, one of the top most research agencies in the world. She has carried out projects at Lifestyle, Landmark Group and Central Brand. New, Future Group. She has also handled 2 stores of Le Mill International, VR Surat. During her college days, she was awarded as ‘The Best Student Of The Year’ by Sarvajanik Education Society. By God’s grace, she has also received the title of Zonal Super Speaker!
